Penitenciarul Oradea informeaza că, în conformitate cu Decizia directorului general al Administrației Naționale a Penitenciarelor nr.106 emisă în data de 06.06.2019, începând cu data de 08 iunie 2019, domnul comisar șef de penitenciare Lucian Valer ȚÎRȚIU, director adjunct siguranța deținerii și regim penitenciar în cadrul Penitenciarului Oradea, este delegat să coordoneze activitatea unității, până la stabilirea de către ministrul justiției a persoanei care, prin împuternicire, va asigura conducerea unității.
